Roxy (aka London) is an experienced shuffle and shapes dance instructor with a growth mindset approach. She is passionate about helping beginners learn shortcuts, connect the dots, have consistency & accountability, celebrate their progress, and find their unique shuffle flow.

What is Shuffle Dance?

Shuffling was born in Melbourne in the underground electronic rave scene in the late 80s as a freestyle dance. Shuffle moves include the running man and sideways 't-step'. Other "cutting shapes" dance moves are now common in this style of dance; including criss-crosses, the Charleston, heel-toe movements, and spins.
